Penmanship is a great elective to work on with your student and Perfect Reading and Beautiful Handwriting is one of my favorite options for practicing great handwriting.  My 3 oldest children have all used this curriculum and enjoyed it - I saw drastic improvements in all their penmanship including my son and my left handed daughter who both had horrible penmanship.  I was so impressed with their improvement in handwriting that I went through the program for myself as well and I enjoyed the class.  I also love that this isn't a long class it takes just 60 days so it is a great elective to add in on a couple of months that aren't bogged down with holidays or vacations. ​
