Grace & Truth Books is my favorite place to start the hunt for a book whether it’s a family devotional, chapter book for a child, homeschool book, or parenting study. I know if it passes Grace and Truth’s rigorous weeding of quality Christian books then it’s worth my time or my children’s time to read! It’s a great website to remember when you are on a book hunt or needing some inspiration on what to read next! Click Here to check them out!
The well planned gal day planner, calendar, and student planners are a huge help for keeping any family organized! Anything you can think of that you would want in a planner you will find in these planners. From Bible reading plans, menu planning, reading logs, field trip logs, daily assignments, to do list, grocery shopping lists these planners are packed with useful and practical pages that keep your homeschool running smooth!
Ive used these planners for years. I used to use the large day planner but now that my children ar older they each keep their own student planner and I use the smaller on the go planner for myself.
I also use the wall calendar which is lovely! With a large family I need a lot of room to write and the wall calendar date boxes are large with plenty of space for everything I need to write!

Oh, Clay and Sally Clarkson how I love them. I could recommend everything they have written. The Life Giving Home was the first book I read from Sally Clarkson and it was like drinking from a fire hose but, at the same time it filled my dry soul with thoughts and ideas I had been searching for. I knew there was more to the home than what I was doing and every book I had read at that time fell short on answers. Sally taught me to be a mom, to set the culture of my home and not allow culture to set it for me, and to be intentional and priorities my family. If you haven’t read The Life Giving Home you should!
On the same note if you are new to homeschooling or if you are feeling like there is more to homeschooling then what you are doing please read Educating the Whole Hearted Child. I try to reread this book every summer just to put my head in solid foundation of why I’m homeschooling as I start the school year.
The book is broken down into manageable chapters and covers topics like your home, learning styles, curriculum choices and so much more. It’s a homeschool resource book that’s incomparable to other. It’s rich with ideas for your school year, based solid in the Word of God and a great read for the summer.

The Homeschool Summit is a great option for families wanting to hear homeschool speakers who tour the conference loop without having to leave your home!!! The conference is online and if you can’t watch it during the time it’s playing you can pay a small fee to have access to these speakers anytime. The Homeschool Summit brings great resources and tools that are relevant to today’s Christian homeschool family.
